Amazingly, this quote allegedly comes from an unsuspecting footwear retailer. They’d spent a whole load of energy setting up a pop-up shop and were just transporting some shoes to and from head office over there . . .
. . . they put the shoes in some old food boxes. . . .
. . . the courier . . .
yes, the courier. The courier had a policy of incinerating any foodstuffs that they received.
So they incinerated all the new shoes that were in the old food boxes.
Unbelievable. You wouldn’t believe it.
